This is a fun and easy recipe that was designed to control the AMOUNT of cheesecake we consume!! When you make a huge cheesecake, sometimes it’s difficult to control yourself! With this recipe, you have a great sized portion and it won’t bust your diet! Using mostly ingredients you already have in your home, this recipe is perfect for a warm summer day!

Mix all the ingredients together throughly (except the filling)

Once the cake is mixed thoroughly, chop up your mix-ins. We used chocolate chips, strawberries and blueberries!

Add your mix-in to the bottom of the small bowl. If you want to mix them in, that’s fine also, the cake is so small it won’t be important

Add the mixture and then crush up graham crackers and add them on top to simulate a crust!

Once they have been cooked, cool them in the refrigerator for at least an hour to help them set!

Enjoy! These were super fun, easy and more importantly DELISH! The best part is that you can’t over indulge!

Basic New York cheesecake recipe, (no crust).

Mix all the ingredients together (except the chocolate chips which will be melted later)

Now comes the FUN!! Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and add a little oil to make them smooth. Crush the graham crackers finely, they will go over the cheesecake balls to finish them!

Using just a spoon, place balls of cheesecake on a cookie pan or wax paper. Then add the chocolate on top!

Add the graham crackers to finish this amazing dessert. Refrigerate or freeze and serve cold! Hope you enjoy this fun place on cheesecake, make sure to pin it!

Simple and easy! Most of these ingredients you will have in your pantry or frig!

The first step is to crush the graham crackers and add butter. The easiest way is to get a food processor, but we simply used a potato masher

Add the mixture to a pan that will fit into the crockpot. We used a casserole dish that worked very well. Make sure you firmly push the graham crackers down with your hands.

Add all the ingredients and mix well. We used some of our frozen cream cheese. If you have frozen cream cheese that you caught on sale, just allow it to come to room temperature and it will work perfectly with this recipe.

Fill the crockpot with water so that when the bowl or pan is added, it will nearly cover the cheesecake. (Make sure to leave some wiggle room)

After cooking the cheesecake on high for 2-3 hours (test the middle for doneness), place in the refrigerator so that it can firm up.

Be ready, this will go QUICK!!

We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!!

Super simple recipe and most of the ingredients you will have at home in your pantry or frig!

Mix the cake together

Place paper towels on the crock so that it traps moisture and helps the cake bake.

Chop the almonds (or any nut you would like)

Add the almonds and chips to the cake. I would actually recommend you pull the cake out of the crockpot first and then add them. They will melt quickly on a hot cake, no icing needed.

It was absolutely amazing. So so delicious!

Enjoy!
