| Skinny CrockPot Orange Poppyseed Cake |
- 1 1/2 cups of HeartSmart Bisquick (or low fat bisquit mix)
- 1/2 of Stevia (you can use Splenda or other low calorie sweeteners remember to adjust the amount accordingly)
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of 1% milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- a little orange zest (save orange for glaze)
- Glaze
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of poppy seeds
- squeeze orange to get juice, add enough juice until appropriate thickness is reached.
- In a mixing bowl place all of your dry ingredients into the bowl. (Except your ingredients for the glaze)
- Add in your poppy seeds
- Crack the egg into the dry ingredients
- Add the rest of the wet ingredients
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are just incorporated
- Careful not to over mix
- Glaze: squeeze orange to get juice,
- add enough juice to the powdered sugar until appropriate thickness is reached.

Put cake mixture in the crock
Place paper towels over the top of the crock to absorb water vapor
Result after 1 1/2 hrs-2 hrs cooking Yummy!

This looks amazing, but I’m not sure what “1/2 of Stevia” means? I just wanted to make sure it was a cup before I go and ruin the recipe.
