This looks amazing, but I’m not sure what “1/2 of Stevia” means? I just wanted to make sure it was a cup before I go and ruin the recipe.

The recipe is missing the amount of stevia or other sweetener.

How long does it cook in the crock pot for and at what setting?

Stevia is a nature calorie free sugar substitute. You just need 1/2 cup :)
