Crockpot Chicken Curry (Only 4 Ingredients!)

This is a super simple chicken curry recipe with FOUR ingredients!!
Ingredients
  • 2 lb chicken breast
  • 1 large jar salsa
  • 2 Tbsp curry powder
  • 16 oz plain yogurt
Instructions
  1. Place chicken in crock pot and pour salsa over the chicken.
  2. Mix curry powder into the salsa.
  3. Cook on high 4-6 hours or on low 8-10 hours (until chicken shreds easily).
  4. Next shred the chicken and add 16 oz. of plain yogurt to the chicken mixture, stirring until completely mixed through.
  5. Serve over rice if desired.

    Crossing over from WUC. Tried out the recipe and it was really good, quick and easy. I’ve got the sister site now book marked. It’s good to find recipes other than pot roast for the crock pot. I didn’t know you could make breads and deserts too…!!! I’ll have to try those out too!
