Delicious Bean that are so versatile! You can make them into vegetarian burritos, or bake up some delicious corn bread and have a real southern treat.
Ingredients
  • 4 cans of beans, your choice (red, kidney, black, etc) drained and rinsed
  • 2 cans of hot chili beans
  • 1 tbs of chili powder
  • 2 tbs of ancho chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 vegetarian bullion cube
  • 1/2 cup of water or 1 cup if you want soupier beans
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp of thyme
  • 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 can of rotel tomatoes
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse all beans except chili beans.
  2. Turn CrockPot on high.
  3. Place all beans into pot, and add spices, and one can of rotel tomatoes. Thinly slice onions, and peppers and set aside.
  4. Mince garlic, or press into beans.
  5. Cook for three hours on High.
  6. Halfway through add in sliced veggies.
  7. Put your favorite toppings on and wrap in your fav tortilla.
