Mix all the ingredients together throughly (except the filling)

Once the cake is mixed thoroughly, chop up your mix-ins.  We used chocolate chips, strawberries and blueberries!

mini-crockpot-cheesecake

Add your mix-in to the bottom of the small bowl.  If you want to mix them in, that’s fine also, the cake is so small it won’t be important

mini-crockpot-cheesecake

Add the mixture and then crush up graham crackers and add them on top to simulate a crust!

mini-crockpot-cheesecake

Once they have been cooked, cool them in the refrigerator for at least an hour to help them set!

  • 1/2 cup of sour cream

  8. With a spoon create little balls of cheesecake and place them on wax paper or a cookie sheet.
  9. Add your chocolate to the balls and then the crushed graham crackers!
  10. Enjoy!

crockpot vegetable broth

This is a super simple recipe for vegetable broth in the crockpot!  This truly is a set it and forget it recipe!

crockpot vegetable broth

We used veggies that we already had in the house.  We had frozen celery that worked perfectly.

crockpot vegetable broth

Chop everything up and put add them to the crock along with any spices you’d like.

crockpot vegetable broth

Fill the crock nearly to the top.  Some may suggest a certain amount of water, as long as you have enough veggies the flavor will be there.  The less water the stronger the broth.

crockpot vegetable broth

After it’s cooked for 8 hours it made the entire house smell amazing!

crockpot vegetable broth

We strained it and placed it into a jug with the date.  You can also freeze it.  Refrigerated this broth will last about 2-3 weeks.

crockpot vegetable broth

We separated the carrots for our daughter who LOVES them!

crockpot vegetable broth

The rest of the veggies we freeze to add into a veggie soup for later!
